It’s Day 4 of the diet that I was put on and let me tell you. It’s hard. Day 2 was the day that I felt the most sick. Who knew that I was that addicted to sugar or that THAT much sugar was in my system! I felt so nauseous and was really craving it! I’ve never been on drugs before so if that’s what withdrawal feels like, no thank you!
This weekend is going to be really hard. We have a wedding to go to and to be honest, I’m not going to be one of those snooty diet people who won’t eat anything that isn’t part of my diet or not drink. My only worry is… Is my cheat day going to restart the process? Will I go through another week of pain and torture?!
