Week 5: Getting up earlier and going to bed by 10

So let’s sum up week 4. It was a success! Bringing my lunch for the week and leaving my debit card at home worked! Out of all my goals, I made it through the week with this one!

Diet wise, I haven’t been doing so great. It’s all those baked goods and my love of pizza. Hence, that 5 bucks, 5 bucks, 5 bucks comic I drew. (I’m not a great artist haha!). But, that conversation really did happen. I really need to find my paleo motivation. Which leads me to my first cooking success of the week, cauliflower rice! Ed hates cauliflower with a passion but he was able to eat this and not mind it! I got the recipe from my Nom Nom Paleo cookbook which is amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to give it a try.

Week 5 Goal

This week, is getting a good 8 hours of sleep a night. My goal this week is to be in bed by 10. Which is why I’m watching “The X-Files” without hubby dearest so that I can be in bed in time. My goal when I wake up at 6 a.m. is to a) walk/jog on the treadmill to train for my 5K in May or b) do a 7 minute workout with the app!

Well, my UP bracelet has just given me the warning that it’s time to prepare for bed. Better keep up with my goal!
